Corrections of congenital deformity

The most common congenital deformity is the asymmetry of the breasts (one breast being visibly bigger than the other one). A reduction of one breast (reduction mammoplasty) or an augmentation of one breast (augmentation mammoplasty) can be the solution.

Tubular breast deformities are also relatively frequent. The breast only develops in the area of the nipple. In a general way a breast augmentation (augmentation mammoplasty) is required as well as a reduction of the nipple (preferably in a second surgery).
